Waverly Place House has been recognized by the AIA Minneapolis, Preserve Minneapolis, and Minneapolis Heritage Preservation Commission for Historic Restoration, Rehabilitation, or Adaptive Reuse at the 2024 Minneapolis Preservation Awards.
