Masha holds a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She gained her initial professional experience at a residential architecture firm in Chicago, where she worked for one year before relocating to the Twin Cities to pursue graduate studies. During her academic career, Masha served as a teaching assistant for introductory architectural design courses and studios at UMN as well as the HiArch Summer Program at UIC. In 2024, Masha joined VJAA, where she has been working on projects, including the Mississippi River Learning Center and National Parks Headquarters.
